Excellent food and service! Everything we ordered tasted fresh and was prepared perfectly. The staff was welcoming, especially Adam Alnahi, who was kind, professional, and helpful throughout our visit.

How does this place have a 4.4 rating? I've been to this location various times and each time its worse. Never going back after my last visit. The person attending the counter was eating at the register and quickly put their food away when I walked in. The gyro meat looked like it had been sitting out all day and tasted like it. And the cashier that was also making our food had a dirty apron, kept touching his face etc.. The whole thing from the food to the service just felt gross.

Jipped me on the mix over rice platter on DoorDash. When I called and spoke to Tony he said to bring it up with door dash. There’s barely any chicken or even lamb on this.

Went here in evening around 7pm on Feb 25th to Gyro Republic store in HEB complex near Sugarland.. I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Gyro Republic. The customer service was extremely poor — the lady at the counter seemed very hesitant and unwelcoming throughout the entire order process. The food quality was even worse. The bowl was served cold, and the portions were unacceptable. She was literally splattering the food into the bowl with barely any meat included. For $14, I expected a decent portion and at least warm, fresh food. Overall, very poor experience for the price charged. Definitely not worth it. I hope the owner takes customer service and food quality more seriously moving forward. Not going to this location anymore and i want manager to read this and call me back or reach me back. First and foremost - large, deliciois portions are served here. My wife and I stopped in on our way back to Sout Texas since we like Gyro sandwiches. This restaurant switches it up with gyro bowls with different bases and proteins. Outstanding. I've had falafel at many places, but the falafel here is my favorite. They make them fresh and the flavor is par none. Worth a try - you will like it. The pita chips are also made fresh, so they take a minute to cook. They are worth it. Crispy and soft at the same time - not like stale chips at other locations I've had before. Haha. It was a really nice juxtaposition of crisp and soft. Great hummus, also. My wife enjoyed the spicy chicken gyro sandwich. Great staff, polite and helpful with selections.
